Texas Holdem Limit Rules – Texas Holdem Poker Rules

In Limit Texas Hold’em bets are fixed. There are small bets (small bets) and big bets (big bets). Small bets are used in the first two rounds of betting and big bets are used in the third and fourth rounds of betting. The big bets are always double the amount of small bets.

Before distributing the cards
One player is the dealer (in a casino that person has a “button” of plastic in front of him). This place is called the button. The button determines the order in which players must act in the hand and moves clockwise after each hand is played.
The first player left of the button (the number 1 place) made a forced bet on the table, called the small blind, and also the second player to the left of the button (the number 2 spot) is a forced bet on the table, called the Blind. The big blind is always the same size as the small bet, while the small blind is usually half the size of the big blind. For example, in a game $ 10 / $ 20 small-bet is $ 10 and the big bet is $ 20. Therefore, the big blind is $ 10 (the size of the small bet) and the small blind is $ 5 (half the size of the blind and the small bet).
The cards are distributed

The cards are dealt clockwise, starting with the player to the left of the button (the small bet) ending with the player acting as a dealer (the button). Each player receives two cards that are placed face-down on the table. This is the starting hand.
The first round of betting

action begins with the player sitting to the left of the (seat number 3, also known as “first to speak” or “Under The Gun”). This player has the option to leave (to throw his cards face down in the middle of the table, in English “fold”), see (put the same amount of the blind on the table, in English, “call”) or raise (by putting two small bets before him, in English “raise”).
The action now instead spostra number 4 (the player sitting to the left of the post number 3), which has the option to fold, call, raise or raise again (but only if you raised before him).
The betting continues clockwise until each player who has left has contributed to the pot with the same amount of chips.
Example: The game is Limit Texas Hold’em $ 10 / $ 20 to 10 players. The cards are dealt and the first player to act (the first to speak) decides to raise. He must then put $ 20 in the plate (two small bets). The players sitting in seats 4, 5, 6 and 7 opt to leave and throw their cards in the cards losers. The player in seat No. 8 chooses to raise it again and must therefore contribute $ 30 in the pot (three small bets). The player sitting in seat number 9 choose to see and, therefore, must put $ 30 in the pot (three small bets). The player sitting in the button (the dealer) leaves. The small blind, who has already committed $ 5 in the pot, he sees and, therefore, must add an additional $ 25 per plate ($ 30 in total, equal to three small bets). The action switches to the blind, who chooses to raise it again and then put $ 40 in the dish (because it had $ 10 in the pot to the top of his hand, he must make additional $ 30 thus making $ 40 of betting in total equal to four small bets) . This is called “closing the bets,” meaning they are no longer allowed raises. In each round of betting, there are only three raises allowed, for a total of four putate. After closure, the remaining players may leave or see. The action resumes with the first to talk about that raise. Once the first round of betting is finished and all remaining players have contributed equally to the pot, it’s time the flop.
The flop and the second round of betting

The dealer begins “burning” the top card of the deck and putting it on the pool table. This is done to prevent cheating in the event that the top card has some markings. This paper, the burn card, is henceforth excluded from the game. The dealer then dealt three cards face up on the table so that everyone see. These three cards are the flop. This is a defining moment for all the remaining players, since only two cards remain. In other words, 5 out of 7 cards have been discovered. The flop contains cards in common, which are used together with the two hole cards to create the best 5-card poker hand possible.
Since the blinds are used only in the first round of betting is now the small blind which acts first (seated number 1). If the small dark leaves before the flop, it is the turn of the Blind to act, and so on.
The first player to act has the option to switch (the action proceeds clockwise to the next remaining player) or bet (if the player bets, must be exactly one small bet). If all players pass on the flop, everyone is allowed to see the fourth card (the turn) without putting any more money.
Bets proceed with the same pattern followed in the first round, with a maximum of three raises (four small bets in total).
Example

It is a game of Limit Texas Hold’em $ 10 / $ 20, and 10 players are seated at the table. Following the first round of betting, only the players sitting at the small blind, the blind and the button remained in the hand. The dealer gathers the chips in the pot and puts it in the middle of the table, it burns the top card (puts blanket on the table) and finds the three community cards (the flop). Since betting proceed clockwise from the button, and the small blind who is first to act and decide to pass. The big blind bet ($ 10, equal to a small bet) and click the button to see (tip $ 10). Again, it is the turn of the small blind and he can raise (to $ 20, is called “pass and re-launch”), leave (throw his cards face down among the losers cards) or see (put $ 10).
Once the second round of betting is finished and all remaining players have contributed equally to the pot, it’s time the turn.
The turn and the third round of betting

The dealer burns the top card of the deck and discovered a fourth community card next to the flop. This card is called the turn.
Bets then progressing clockwise from the button, as the flop. The only difference is that now the bets are doubled and being called “big bets.”
Example

It is a game of Limit Texas Hold’em $ 10 / $ 20, and 10 players are seated at the table. After the flop, only the players sitting at the big blind and the button remains in the hand. Since bets proceed clockwise from the button, the big blind must act first. The big blind decides to bet (put $ 20, equal to a big bet), click the button to raise (put $ 40, equal to two big bets) and the blind choose to see (put another $ 20, making two big bets in total). The third round of betting is now complete.
Once the third round of betting is finished and all remaining players have contributed equally to the pot, it’s time the river.
The river and the fourth round of betting

The dealer burns the top card of the deck and discovered a fifth community card next to the flop and the turn. This card is called a river.
Bets then proceed clockwise from the button, as the flop and the turn.
Bets are the same amount as those put on the turn.
Example

It is a game of Limit Texas Hold’em $ 10 / $ 20, and 10 players are seated around the table. After the turn, only the players sitting at the big blind and the button remained in the hand. Since bets proceed clockwise from the button, is the big blind must act first. Chooses to spend the big blind and the action switches to the button, who bets (put $ 20, equal to the amount of a big bet). The big blind now has the option to leave, raise or see and decide to see (put $ 20, equal to one big bet). The button has been seen and, since this is the last round of betting, must put two cards face up on the table. He then combines his hole cards and five community cards to create the best possible poker hand with 5 cards. The big blind has the option of throwing his cards face down among the losers (if he can not beat the hand of the button), or to put his cards face up to show the winning hand (showdown). To win the pot, both hole cards must be turned face up, even if only one hole card may be used to make the best hand.
The hand is over.
L The dealer button moves one position clockwise. The deck is again shuffled and redistributed. Click here to check out the best texas holdem sites
